When you submit content to GenCueBox — including prompt text, generation parameters, example images, or profile information — you retain any rights you hold in that content.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights or permissions needed to make that content available. This includes:

• Prompt text you have authored or have permission to share
• Example images you have the right to upload
• Personal information you choose to include in your profile

Do not upload confidential material, content you are not authorized to share, or content that infringes on another person's rights.

By submitting content to GenCueBox, you grant GenCueBox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute your submissions as needed to operate the platform.

This license is limited to the purpose of running GenCueBox — displaying your content on the site, including it in search results, and making it available to other users in the ways the platform normally functions.

Prompts marked as public on GenCueBox are made available for other users to view, copy, and adapt for their own creative and professional projects, subject to any limitations noted in these Terms or applicable law.

Content generated through third-party AI models (such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion) using prompts discovered on GenCueBox is subject to the terms and conditions of those AI providers.

GenCueBox is a prompt discovery platform. The prompts shared here are intended for use with third-party AI services, each of which has its own terms, fees, and policies.

GenCueBox does not guarantee:

• Output accuracy, uniqueness, or reproducibility
• Copyright protection for AI-generated outputs
• Freedom from third-party claims on generated content
• Identical results across different model versions, seeds, or parameters

GenCueBox does not operate, control, or endorse any third-party AI model or service.

You agree not to use GenCueBox to create, submit, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful or promotes unlawful activity
• Infringes on intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights
• Contains unauthorized personal information of another person
• Involves impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
• Contains malware, automated fraud, or harmful code intended to damage systems or data
• Depicts sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Attempts to bypass account restrictions or interfere with the service

GenCueBox may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts that violate these rules.

Users can report concerns about content or accounts through the Contact page or by using the report function available within prompt views.

GenCueBox may remove or restrict content or accounts when it determines that a violation of these Terms, a legal requirement, or a platform safety concern exists. An allegation alone does not constitute proven infringement.

If you wish to stop using GenCueBox, you can stop accessing the service at any time.

GenCueBox does not currently charge for the public features described on this page.

Third-party AI services used with prompts discovered on GenCueBox may have their own fees, subscriptions, or usage limits. GenCueBox is not responsible for costs incurred with third-party services.

GenCueBox does not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or a particular AI result. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GenCueBox is not a legal, financial, or professional advisory service. Content on the platform reflects community contributions and should not be treated as professional guidance.
