About GenCueBox 5 questions
GenCueBox is an AI prompt discovery platform where users can find, save, create, customize, and share prompts for a range of AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Sora, and DALL-E 3. Prompts may include completeness scoring, creator information, testing evidence, and customization features where available.
GenCueBox helps you discover AI prompts across text generation, image generation, and video generation use cases. You can explore prompts by AI model or category, copy them to use in your preferred AI tool, save favorites to a private library, create and share your own prompts, and organize them into collections.
GenCueBox goes beyond simple listing. Each prompt can carry structured metadata including a Prompt Completeness Score (PCS), testing and verification status, version history, customizable variables, generation settings, and creator reputation signals. The goal is to help users understand how thoroughly a prompt is specified before they use it.
No. GenCueBox is a prompt discovery and sharing platform. It does not generate AI text, images, or videos. You copy prompts from GenCueBox and paste them into your preferred AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or others) to generate output. GenCueBox does not host or run any AI models.
No. GenCueBox is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Stability AI, or any other AI model provider. AI model names referenced on GenCueBox are trademarks of their respective owners.
Finding Prompts 5 questions
Use the search page or the search icon in the header to find prompts by keyword. Search looks across prompt titles, descriptions, tags, and model names. You can also browse through Explore, Trending, or filter by AI model and category.
Explore is the primary prompt discovery page on GenCueBox. It displays published prompts with filtering and sorting options so you can browse the full library by model, category, completeness, and recency.
Trending highlights prompts that are currently receiving notable engagement across the platform. It provides a snapshot of what the community is actively viewing and interacting with.
Yes. The Models page lists all supported AI models, each with a dedicated landing page (for example, ChatGPT Prompts or Midjourney Prompts). The Categories page organizes prompts by use case such as Photography, Coding, Marketing, Writing, Business, and Image Generation.
No. Search results are ranked by relevance to your query using text matching signals. Result order does not constitute a quality guarantee. We recommend reviewing each prompt's completeness score, testing status, and creator information to evaluate whether it fits your specific needs.
AI Models 4 questions
GenCueBox currently supports prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Sora, and DALL-E 3. You can view all supported models on the Models page.
It depends on the prompt type. Text-based prompts designed for one large language model (such as ChatGPT) may work in another (such as Claude or Gemini), though results can differ. Image-generation prompts are generally model-specific — a Midjourney prompt and a Stable Diffusion prompt often use different syntax and parameter conventions.
No. GenCueBox does not execute any AI models. It is a discovery and sharing platform. You copy prompts from GenCueBox and use them in the respective AI tool or service provided by the model's creator (e.g., OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude).
No. AI models are frequently updated by their providers. A prompt that produces a specific result with one model version may produce a different result after the model is updated. GenCueBox cannot control or predict model-version behavior changes.
Prompt Completeness Score (PCS) 5 questions
PCS is GenCueBox's Prompt Completeness Score. It measures how completely a prompt specifies its task, context, constraints, output guidance, metadata, and customization options. It does not measure generated-output quality or real-world testing.
Not necessarily. PCS measures specification completeness, not output quality. A prompt with a high PCS is more thoroughly specified — it includes more detail about its task, context, and constraints. However, the actual output quality depends on the AI model used, the model version, and the specific use case. A well-specified prompt generally gives a model clearer instructions, but PCS does not guarantee any particular output result.
Yes. PCS does not block publishing. Any valid prompt can be published regardless of its completeness score. PCS serves as informational guidance for both creators and users, not as a gatekeeper.
PCS uses five descriptive bands:
- 0–39 — Getting Started
- 40–59 — Taking Shape
- 60–79 — Well Detailed
- 80–94 — Highly Detailed
- 95–100 — Exceptionally Complete
These bands describe specification thoroughness, not output quality.
PCS evaluates the presence and quality of structured prompt components — including task definition, context, constraints, output format guidance, metadata fields, generation settings, example results, and customization variables. Each component contributes to the overall score. The calculation is performed automatically when a prompt is created or updated.
Testing & Verification 5 questions
Untested means no testing evidence has been submitted for the prompt. It is the default status for newly published prompts. It does not mean the prompt is low quality — it simply means no formal test record exists on the platform.
Creator Self-Tested indicates that the prompt creator has submitted their own testing evidence, such as an example result, model version used, and testing notes. This is self-reported by the creator and has not been independently confirmed by other users.
Community Tested means that one or more users other than the creator have submitted independent testing evidence for the prompt. This provides a stronger signal than Creator Self-Tested, though it still does not guarantee the prompt will produce the same results for every user, model version, or configuration.
Verified on GenCueBox refers to account or platform verification — it confirms that a creator's identity or account has been confirmed. It does not mean that every prompt published by that creator has been tested, that outputs are guaranteed, or that the creator has an official certification from any AI model provider.
Yes. AI model providers regularly update their models, which can change how a prompt is interpreted and what output is generated. A prompt that was Community Tested on a specific model version may produce different results on a newer version. GenCueBox testing evidence records the model version used at the time of testing to help users understand this context.
Creators 5 questions
A creator is any registered GenCueBox user who has published one or more prompts. Creators have a public profile page displaying their published prompts, bio, social links, and reputation signals. You can browse creators on the Creators page.
Creator Reputation & Trust is a set of signals displayed on a creator's profile that help users evaluate the creator's platform activity and contributions. Signals include: Public Prompts count, Community Tested prompts, Independent Testers count, Test Contributions, Member Since date, Last Published date, and Platform Verified status.
Platform Verified means the creator's account or identity has been confirmed by GenCueBox. It is account-level verification, not prompt-output verification. A Platform Verified badge does not guarantee that every prompt the creator publishes is tested, accurate, or high quality.
Yes. Every creator has a public profile page that lists all of their published prompts. You can access a creator's profile from any prompt card, the Creators page, or by navigating directly to their profile URL.
Yes. Creators can add social media and website links to their profile through the Settings page. These links appear on the creator's public profile and help users learn more about the creator outside of GenCueBox.
Likes, Saves & Collections 5 questions
Liking and saving are different actions on GenCueBox. A Like (❤️) is public engagement — it shows appreciation for a prompt and contributes to its engagement count. A Save (🔖) adds the prompt to your private saved library so you can find it later. Other users cannot see what you have saved.
Yes. Your saved prompts are visible only to you. Other users cannot see which prompts you have saved. You can access your saved library from Favorites.
Collections (📁) let you organize prompts into named groups. For example, you could create a collection called "Marketing Prompts" or "Midjourney Portraits." You can manage your collections from the My Collections page.
Yes. A single prompt can be added to multiple collections. This lets you cross-reference prompts across different organizational groups without duplicating them.
No. Saving and liking are independent actions. Saving a prompt adds it to your private library without affecting its public Like count. To show public appreciation, use the Like action separately.
Accounts & Login 4 questions
No. You can browse, search, and view public prompts on GenCueBox without creating an account. An account is required for actions that involve personal data — such as saving prompts, creating collections, publishing your own prompts, liking, messaging, or managing your profile.
Visit the Sign Up page to create an account using your email address, or sign in with Google. Account creation is free.
Yes. GenCueBox supports Google OAuth sign-in. You can use your Google account to create a new GenCueBox account or sign in to an existing one from the Sign In page.
You can update your display name, bio, avatar, social links, and other profile details from the Settings page. Changes to your profile are reflected on your public profile page and across all prompts you have published.
Creating Prompts 5 questions
Sign in to your account and visit the Create Prompt page. Fill in the prompt text, select the target AI model, choose a category, and add optional metadata such as tags, generation settings, an example result, and customization variables. Your PCS is calculated automatically as you build the prompt.
At minimum, provide the prompt text and select a target AI model. To improve completeness and help other users, consider adding: a clear title and description, relevant tags, the model version tested, difficulty level, an example result (text or image), generation settings (temperature, max tokens, etc.), and any customizable variables with defaults.
No. GenCueBox does not automatically generate, rewrite, or optimize your prompt text. The prompt content is written entirely by the creator. GenCueBox provides the structured form fields, PCS scoring, and metadata framework, but the creative content comes from you.
Yes. PCS is informational and does not block publishing. You can publish a prompt with any completeness score. The PCS helps signal to other users how thoroughly the prompt is specified, but it is not a prerequisite for publication.
No. Automatic AI image analysis is not currently active. When you upload an example result image, it is stored and displayed as-is. GenCueBox does not analyze, describe, or extract metadata from the image using AI.
Messaging 4 questions
Yes. GenCueBox includes a direct messaging system that allows registered users to send private messages to other users. You can start a conversation from a creator's profile or from the Messages page.
Yes. You can block users to prevent them from sending you messages and report conversations or users that violate the platform's Terms of Service. Blocking and reporting actions are available within the messaging interface.
Yes. The messaging system includes read receipt indicators, so you can see when a message has been read by the recipient.
No. End-to-end encryption for direct messages is not currently enabled in production. Messages are transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in a protected database, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. For more about how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked in the footer of every page. You can also access the DMCA Policy from the footer.
Troubleshooting 4 questions
A 404 error means the requested page could not be found. This can happen if a prompt was unpublished by its creator, a URL was mistyped, or a link was outdated. If you believe a page should exist, try using the search to find what you are looking for, or contact us to report the issue.
AI model outputs can vary based on multiple factors: the model version you are using, your account settings in the AI tool, the temperature and other generation parameters, random seed variation, and any context or conversation history in your session. Example results shown on GenCueBox represent one possible output from a specific configuration, not a guaranteed result.
